Claire and I were thinking about all of those people who are facing Christmas 2020 alone, how that might feel and what we could possibly do to help. We created these words as a free download you can either send digitally, or print and post through a door to let those you love, who might not be able to be with you this Christmas know that you are there for them.

Kate understands from her work as a counsellor just how powerful the knowledge that you are not alone, that someone else is thinking of you, even from a distance can be. This simple fact can be the difference in someone’s day, or indeed in someone’s life.

So this Christmas please feel free to use these words and spread this message as far and wide as possible. This year has been so tough, let’s let as many people as we can know that no matter what they are loved.
