We created these words so that you can use them to reach out to a friend or family member who maybe experiencing their first Christmas without someone they love. Words to say I am thinking of you, I am here, I know this first Christmas is going to be tough. The silence of grief can be deafening, we want to help you to break that silence with thought and love and let friends or family know that they are not alone.
