I obtain information about you when you use the website, for example, when you contact me about our products and services, enter one of my competitions, register to receive my newsletters or when you purchase my products.

Information you give us - this is information about you that you give me by filling in forms on my site www.katephippswrites.com (my site) or by corresponding with me by phone, e-mail or otherwise. Process a job application
When registering for an account I will store your personal information in order that you can track your orders and place new ones without the need to re-enter your data. I will retain this information for 7 years from the last activity on your account.

Square Space: my website provider will process any order you make online with me and store your personal information if you register for an account.
Paypal: to process payment of any retail order you make with me.
Stripe: to process payment of any retail order you make with me.
Couriers including: Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS, DPD Group, UK Mail and Fedex: They process name, address and telephone number details only to enable them to deliver customer parcels.
Mailchimp to process my direct mail.
Facebook & Instagram: to serve relevant adverts to you and others.
All my third-party service providers and other entities in the group are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with my policies.
Where We Store Your Personal Data
All information you provide to me is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where I have given you (or where you have chosen) a password to enable you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. I ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure.
