Drawing on the old adage that a problem shared is a problem halved, Believe might just be the poem to help someone open up. Little ones especially love the rhythm of this poem and it already sits on walls in quiet corners of schools whispering its belief.

your heart will feel much lighter,
when your problems have been shared.
I might not be able to fix things, or tell you what to do,
but together we can talk it out,
because I believe in you.
A worry can feel big, if kept secret locked inside,so let the light shine on its darkness and free your worried mind.
